The 2019 season was my first full season in a race championship, apart from the MRF winter series at the beginning of the season.  But with 3 podiums, and only 2 DNF’s against a very strong field of young experienced competitors I think the season has gone well, but like most competitors I would have wanted more.

My best race this season was my 2nd place finish at Spa having started from 5th on the grid.
On the run down to Eau Rouge from the start, I overtook Nasim [Azman] on the inside to 4th place behind my teammate.  Then I overtook my teammate on the outside of Blanchimont for 3rd place all on lap 1 before the safety car was deployed.  I then passed Pavan [Ravishankar] on the restart going up to Les Combes on the kemmel straight for second place on the return, before taking the lead from Neil [Verhagen] again on the Kemmel Straight. Neil regained the lead at turn 13, and I regained the lead before the bus stop chicane. I lost the lead at Les Combes on the penultimate lap to Nico [Verrone], in a move that damaged my front wing.
